Because many of our items are custom-printed or handcrafted to order, please review our shipping and processing guidelines below before placing your order.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (Production) + Shipping Time (Transit)

1. Processing & Shipping Timelines

Our delivery timelines vary depending on the craftsmanship required for each product type:

• Printed Custom Items (e.g., Custom Photo Pillows)
  - Processing Time: 3 - 4 Business Days (Production begins after image approval)
  - Shipping Time: 7 - 15 Business Days

• Handmade Custom Items (e.g., Handmade Pet Charms/Jewelry, etc.)
  - Processing Time: 1 - 2 Weeks (7 - 14 Business Days of artisan crafting)
  - Shipping Time: 7 - 15 Business Days

2. Important Notes

Separate Shipments for Custom Items: To ensure you receive each item as quickly as possible, custom printed products (e.g., photo pillows) and handmade custom products (e.g., Portrait, charms, ceramics) are produced in separate specialized facilities. Therefore, they will be shipped independently in multiple packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment as they are dispatched. No additional shipping fees will be charged to you for these separate shipments.

Photo Quality & Processing: For custom items, the processing time starts only after we receive a clear, high-resolution photo that meets our production standards. If we need to request a replacement image from you, the production timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

Unforeseen Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or logistics strikes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, an automated email containing your Logistics Tracking Number and carrier link will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
--------------------------------------------------
International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Dogwhoo does not cover these additional costs. (The tax threshold in the United States is relatively high, so U.S. customers don't need to worry about customs duties.)
