📸 Q1: My photo isn't sharp.

A: Send what you have. We'll preview before we make.

If your photo isn't clear enough for production, we'll reach out to ask if you have a replacement or if you'd prefer to continue. Please also double‑check any text information (like your Pet's Name, Date of birth & passing) before submitting, so we can avoid mistakes on your final piece.

Q2: How long will it take to receive my custom items?

A: Pillow printing (including image adjustment) takes 3–4 business days, and shipping takes 7–15 business days. Other keepsakes are handcrafted and take 1–2 weeks (7–14 business days) for production, with shipping also taking 7–15 business days.

You will receive a tracking number the moment your pet's custom keepsake begins its journey to you.

✏️Q3: Will my entire order be shipped with just one tracking number?

A: Not necessarily. If you purchase both a pillow and other handmade keepsakes, they will be shipped separately, as the artisans and the printing facility are in different locations. For orders containing two or more products, we may split them into multiple packages based on the actual shipping cost. If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact us at service@dogwhoo.com.

🧼 Q4: What if I don't like it?

A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If the final piece deviates notably from your photo, we'll remake it for free. We take great care to ensure every piece matches your photo and meets our quality standards — if it does, we're confident you'll love it. If you have any concerns upon receiving your order, please reach out to us at service@dogwhoo.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
